Tourist tax

All guests over the age of 14 years from 01.01.2018 must pay a tourist tax € 1,35  per person and night. Tourist tax is not included in the prices. 

Reductions for children

Children under 3 years: - 100%

Children under 8 years: - 50%

Stays of less than 3 nights

For stays of less than 3 nights there is a 10% surcharge per night

High season

In the high season we calculate only with the prices for the maximum occupancy of the apartments

Pets

Of course you can also bring your pets on your vacation. The supplement is € 5 per night and animal.

Deposit

As confirmation of your reservation a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required

Check-In and Check-Out

On the day of arrival the apartments are ready for you starting at 02:00 pm. On the day of departure, please leave the apartments until 10:00 am.

Cancellations

Any cancellations are valid only in a written form.

Cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival are free.

For cancellations that reach us from 8 to 4 weeks before arrival we keep the deposit equal to 30% of the total amount and for those from 4 weeks before arrival we charge 70% of the total amount.

In case of delayed arrival or departure, the total amount will be charged.
